“We phoned Richard as my boiler wasn’t working properly and my tank was leaking. Richard came out to have a look and straight away new exactly what the problems were, he was so knowledgeable and explained to us fully what was needed. He came back to us with a quote within a day. Although we have probably the best spec in boilers Richard gave us options to keep the price down. He started the job as promised on the Monday he was extremely tidy explained what he was doing. Nothing was too much trouble he really takes pride in what he does. 100% recommend him and he will be servicing from now on.”
